è nato nel 1913 nel villaggio di Kovačica (Banat), vicino a Belgrado. D'origine slovacca, mugnaio del villaggio; sposato con tre figli. E' uno dei fondatori del gruppo di Kovačica; dal 1931 dipinge su tela scene della vita slovacca. Ha esposto in numerose mostre, individuali e collettive, nella ex Jugoslavia e all'estero. Dipinge appunto la slovacchia, una pianura che ricorda la steppa, quasi volesse afferrare il massimo possibile delle immagini che si presentano sull'orizzonte. Ma la pianura del pittore non è la steppa che infonde al cuore pace e quiete con la sua vastità, nei quadri di Paluška ispirati a questi motivi la personalità del pittore, uomo dal temperamento inquieto.....
